QMR Technology

The Rexon Eye utilizes Quantum Molecular Resonance (QMR) Technology, which delivers a mild alternating electrical signal with frequencies ranging from 4 MHz to 64 MHz. This technology is designed to stimulate natural cellular regeneration while providing significant anti-inflammatory effects.

The Anti-Inflammatory Effect

Inflammation plays a central role in the “vicious cycle” of dry eye disease, contributing to tear film instability and ocular surface damage. As dryness worsens, inflammation further increases and aggravates symptoms.

Rexon Eye Therapy helps interrupt this cycle by modulating macrophage polarization from the pro-inflammatory M1 phenotype toward the anti-inflammatory M2 phenotype. M2 macrophages reduce inflammation by suppressing inflammatory cytokines and releasing anti-inflammatory cytokines.

Natural Regenerative Effect

QMR Technology emits energy quanta capable of altering ion concentrations within the intracellular and extracellular matrix, producing biochemical effects that influence the transmembrane potential of target cells.
