The Optopol REVO HR is an advanced all-in-one Spectral-Domain OCT system combining ultra-high 3 µm resolution with a 130,000 A-scans/second scanning speed for detailed imaging of both the anterior and posterior segments. It integrates retinal OCT, anterior segment OCT, OCT angiography, and a non-mydriatic colour fundus camera into a single platform, providing comprehensive imaging and diagnostic capabilities.

Its ultra-high-resolution imaging enables detailed visualisation of fine ocular structures and subtle pathological changes, while Full Range imaging provides increased scan depth for challenging cases, including highly myopic patients. Automated positioning, alignment, focusing and image capture, together with AccuTrack™ eye tracking, help streamline image acquisition and reduce scan artefacts caused by blinks, fixation loss and involuntary eye movements.

Optional Software Modules

  • Provides a fast and non-invasive alternative to traditional fluorescein angiography. OCT-A enables clinicians to observe, compare, and monitor retinal microvasculature changes in both eyes over time.

  • T-OCT™ technology generates detailed corneal curvature maps with anterior, posterior, and corneal thickness analysis, providing True Net Curvature information for advanced corneal assessment and IOL planning.

  • B-OCT® supports cataract surgery planning and myopia management with measurements including axial length, central corneal thickness, anterior chamber depth, lens thickness, pupil size, and white-to-white distance.

  • Integrated IOL calculation formulas support accurate implant planning and compatibility with the latest IOLCon.org database standards for updated lens libraries.
