Network Medical CORONET® DMEK EndoGlide™ is specifically designed to support controlled graft unfolding with minimal endothelial cell loss during DMEK procedures.
The system utilizes a controlled pull-through paracentesis approach to enhance surgical precision while minimizing trauma to delicate donor tissue. Its closed cartridge system helps protect the graft throughout insertion and unfolding, supporting safer and more controlled endothelial transplantation.
The DMEK EndoGlide™ requires only a minimal 2.65 mm incision and is suitable for donor endothelium up to 9.00 mm in diameter. An integrated forceps guide bridge enhances handling accuracy during surgery, while compatibility with an anterior chamber maintainer further supports chamber stability throughout the procedure.
Designed to assist even in challenging surgical cases, the DMEK EndoGlide™ is supplied sterile, single use only, with a declared 5-year shelf life. The device is patent protected and manufactured in the UK.
For optimal results, it is recommended for use with the Tan EndoGlide™ Forceps and EndoGlide™ Support Platform.
