The Huvitz HRKT-1 is an integrated vision analysis system that combines auto refraction and keratometry, corneal topography, and dry eye assessment in a single platform. By bringing refractive, corneal, and tear-film measurements together, the system provides comprehensive data to support routine vision assessment, contact lens fitting, corneal evaluation, and dry eye analysis.

The HRKT-1 provides detailed corneal analysis to support the assessment of conditions such as keratoconus and irregular astigmatism, as well as contact lens fitting and pre- and post-operative evaluation for refractive and cataract surgery. Its dry eye module incorporates multiple assessments, including OSDI, meibography, lipid layer analysis, NIBUT, tear meniscus height, blink analysis, and tear film assessment.

Designed as an integrated workstation, the HRKT-1 features a 90° rotating LCD, foot switch, wide headrest, automatic tracking, and built-in PC, allowing measurement, analysis, and report generation to be managed within one system.

All-in-One Vision Analysis Solution

The Huvitz HRKT-1 integrates refraction and keratometry (Ref/Ker), corneal assessment (Topography), and tear film analysis (Dry Eye) into a single examination platform. By evaluating refractive status, corneal condition, and tear film and ocular surface parameters within the same examination environment, the HRKT-1 provides comprehensive data to support the assessment of factors that may affect visual quality.

Data-Driven Personalised Assessment

The Huvitz HRKT-1 provides comprehensive refractive, corneal, and tear film data to support personalised clinical assessment and prescription. Analysis tools including Zernike analysis, pupillometry, retro illumination, and NIKBUT provide additional information for evaluating irregular astigmatism, keratoconus, and other corneal conditions.

The HRKT-1 also supports a range of applications, including contact lens fitting for RGP and orthokeratology lenses, pre- and post-operative evaluation for cataract and refractive surgery, and dry eye assessment.

Seven-Indicator Dry Eye Assessment

The Huvitz HRKT-1 provides a comprehensive dry eye assessment based on multiple subjective and objective parameters. The OSDI questionnaire helps quantify patients’ subjective symptoms, while objective assessments include NIKBUT, lipid layer analysis, tear meniscus height, meibomian gland assessment, blink analysis, and tear film evaluation.

By combining patient-reported symptoms with objective tear film and ocular surface measurements, the HRKT-1 provides a broader view of dry eye-related findings to support clinical assessment and treatment planning.
