Step Bevel Function

The Step Bevel function supports processing of high-curve sports goggles and sunglasses with lens curves up to 6.00 and maximum bevel depth up to 6 mm.

 

Advanced Custom Beveling Functions

Mini Bevel functionality adjusts bevel apex height to reduce visible bevel reflection on shallow eyewire frames. Partial grooving allows grooves to be placed only in selected lens sections, while Hybrid Grooving supports combining different finishing styles such as grooves and bevels within the same lens.

 

Variable Asymmetric & Semi-U Beveling

Variable asymmetric beveling and Semi-U bevel functionality improve edging precision by independently adjusting bevel depth on the upper, lower, right, and left sides of the lens.

 

Scan & Cut Function

The Scan & Cut function enables scanning and cutting of customized lens designs and patterns when integrated with the HAB-8000 and HDM-8000 systems.
