Built-In 3D Tracing System
The integrated tracer supports Auto, Semi-Auto, and Concave tracing modes for accurate frame measurement across different frame designs. Semi-Auto mode allows manual stylus positioning for narrow grooves, while Concave mode recognizes concave demo lens shapes for improved tracing flexibility. Simultaneous tracing and edging improve workflow efficiency and reduce processing time.
Easier Hydrophobic Lens Processing
Dedicated hydrophobic processing modes support improved handling of ultra-water-repellent coated lenses that are more susceptible to slipping or deflection. Roughing method, safety mode, clamp pressure, and lens rotation speed can be adjusted simultaneously for optimized lens processing.
Adaptive Clamp Chuck Technology
The adaptive clamp chuck minimizes lens deformation and axis twist during processing, helping protect lens coatings and improve stability when edging high-curved lenses. Automatic 3-step pressure control and manual pressure adjustment from 50% to 150% are supported.
Three Feeling Position Modes
Three feeling position modes optimize lens positioning for different edging conditions, including normal processing, frame replacement, and bevel shortfall inspection. Modes include both sides, front only for CAP lenses, and rear only for EX lenses. Additional feeling-after-roughing functionality supports safer beveling and grooving quality.
Integrated Drilling Function
A stable integrated 12-degree drilling system enables automated drilling operation with one-touch setup and execution, improving processing convenience while reducing workflow time and operational cost.
Dedicated Ultem Mode
The integrated Ultem mode improves processing stability for flexible and soft Ultem frame materials, supporting more reliable edging performance for specialized frame types.
