The Huvitz HAB-910 Smart Auto Blocker is a 3-in-1 lens processing system that integrates a tracer, lensmeter, and blocker into a single platform. Designed for automated lens recognition and blocking, it combines measurement and positioning functions to support accurate and efficient lens preparation.

The HAB-910 features an automated lens gripping system and magnetic block adapter attachment, allowing the lens to be securely positioned and the blocking process to be initiated with minimal manual handling. Its Hartmann-based lensmeter and retro-reflection optical structure support lens recognition and measurement, including identification of the optical centre and astigmatic axis.

With its integrated workflow and high-speed digital scanning, the HAB-910 also supports Scan & Cut and Step Bevel processing. Huvitz states that the measurement and digital scanning speeds can be improved by up to four times compared with previous performance.

Automatic Lens Gripping & Block Adapter Loading

The HAB-910 features automatic lens gripping to help secure the lens during the blocking process. Its magnetic block adapter loading system allows the adapter to be automatically attached regardless of its orientation, with the blocking process initiated at the push of a button.

Advanced Lens Measurement Technology

The HAB-910 combines a Hartmann lensmeter with a Retro-Reflection optical structure to support fast and precise lens recognition and measurement. Its fixed-position Hartmann lensmeter and optical algorithm are designed to compensate for optical loss, enabling efficient detection of the optical centre and cylinder axis.

High-Speed Processing

The HAB-910 delivers improved processing speed across key functions, with lensmeter measurement, Scan & Cut, and digital scanning speeds increased by up to four times or more compared with the previous performance.
